Roger Berghoff

Mr. Berghoff's multicolored serigraph captures the sense of the coastal California coast that he deserves the spot in the nature of this site.  This serigraph is a study in positive and negative colors, check out his gulls.  The kelp on the beach was much as I saw it on Sanddollar beach in Big Sur.

Low Tide Signed Serigraph by Roger Berghoff
This print, titled "Low Tide" in pencil, lower left, and signed in pencil, lower right is a signed print. This serigraph print depicts nets on the beach at low tide. The use of few colors, red, black and sepia is a typical piece of Breghoff's work.  Not many of these are available to collectors.  Roger Berghoff is thought to be a student of Elton Bennett, and his work shows this influence. This Serigraph print is done in shades of sepia. Unframed, 21 x 15.5 matted to 22 x 27.5 American, 20th Century.
